A Scholarship fund to protect women in Mulagi, Uganda
With € 250 a year we can get a young Ugandan woman to abandon poverty, prostitution, violence or abandonment and to access a reception and training center. Every scholarship we get changes the life of a young Ugandan girl FOREVER.
Every scholarship we get changes the life of a young Ugandan woman forever.
Be part of that change. Help us to achieve it.
An indispensable center for thousands of women
It welcomes women from degraded environments to give them a new opportunity
Uganda is one of the African countries that has suffered the most from wars and persecution in recent decades. In that land plagued by war crimes, child soldiers, rapes and massacres, the "Mulagi Vocational Traning Institute", a center created to welcome, train and give a new opportunity to young girls who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, prostitution, orphans or violence. The objective, through education and financial and psychological support, is to get them to leave these environments thanks to a stable job and to prevent them from ending up in prostitution, drug addiction or violence. In this center they learn a job that guarantees them a dignified and independent future, and allows them to face life again with enthusiasm and greater possibilities.
From VIS Foundation we help them with a scholarship program, each with a cost of € 250 per year, which covers the maintenance and training of one of these girls (food, clothing, health care, studies ...) for a whole year. We want to continue increasing the fund because each one of the scholarships we get will change the life of a young Ugandan woman forever. You may not be able to help with a full scholarship, but by designing it as a fund we can use small donations to build each annual scholarship.
That is why any help you can give us will be vital. Help us to get it!
